Application procedure

  • We confirm that your application has been received.
  • We take a look at your CV. You receive an invitation for first interview or your application is turned down.
  • Depending on the position you apply for, there may be one, two or more interviews. We inform you about the procedure during the first interview. The selection procedure may include a skills test or assessment component.
  • During the interviews, we describe what the job entails, what your duties and responsibilities will be, and what factors are important for the position. We also tell you about our organisation.
  • We expect you to tell us as much as possible about yourself: your training, expertise and experience, why you want to work for us, your wishes and expectations and other relevant information.
  • If you do not complete the selection procedure successfully, you will be informed accordingly.
  • The amount of time required for the selection procedure depends on factors like the scheduling of interviews and the need for any supplementary tests or investigation.
  • On average, an application procedure takes four weeks. Often less, but sometimes more. Of course, we keep you informed along the way.
